Win the album and check out the new video, Mr Nice

The Chemists have been confirmed as special guests of the recently reformed Brit - Rockers Skunk Anansie on their forthcoming European tour.   This will coincide with the release of The Chemists debut album “Theories of Dr Lovelock, which is released on November 2nd, through Distiller Records. We have album copies to be won!

The album opens with an introduction by the much revered British actor Richard E Grant, whose signature vocals lead into the opening track ‘This City’. The forthcoming single’ Milk and Honey’, is about a deluded man who can’t understand why his girlfriend left him, as he believes he is the bees-knees, also the accompanying video features a guest appearance by Howard Marks (Mr Nice.)

Other highlights include ‘Hear Our Song’ (which will be predominately featured on Sky TV’s Rugby Union coverage) and ‘Something for the Weekend’, which is about the lead up to the weekend and the debauchery that follows. The album finishes with a dialogue from Richard E Grant and fan’s live favourite, the bands version of Britney Spears mighty ‘Toxic’, which was, “a bit of fun which got out of control”, explains guitarist Sam James.
